Lerato Princess Tshabalala is an Environmental Management graduate with a solid foundation in sustainability and resource management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Management from the University of South Africa, equipping her with the academic knowledge and practical insight necessary for navigating today’s environmental challenges. Her professional journey reflects a strong inclination toward administrative efficiency and project coordination, demonstrated through roles in both nonprofit and corporate environments. From her early experience as an Office Administrator to coordinating youth projects at Uconomy Youth, she has consistently showcased a commitment to operational excellence and team collaboration.

Currently interning as a Booking Agent at Ola Travel in Randburg, Gauteng, Lerato assists with itinerary planning, client communications, and records management. This role highlights her organizational abilities and adaptability in client-facing environments. She has also worked briefly in marketing and student enrollment support at The Finishing College SA, broadening her exposure to communication-driven roles.
