Hannah Flynn

Hannah Flynn is a creative force in South Africa’s visual storytelling and design landscape, currently working as a Graphic Designer at ANTI AGING ART. With a passion rooted deeply in film and visual arts, Hannah has demonstrated consistent ingenuity across roles in video direction, production management, and graphic design. Her career includes producing award-nominated short films and contributing significantly to various fast-paced film festivals such as the 48 Hour Film Project, where she led teams under tight deadlines to deliver compelling narratives. Through her work, she has developed an impressive portfolio, showcasing an ability to craft impactful stories both on screen and through visual communication.

Educated at The National School of the Arts with a focus on Dramatic Arts, Hannah further refined her technical and storytelling skills at the South African Film Acting and Theater Academy, specializing in filmmaking. This foundation in both performance and production has empowered her to bridge creativity with execution—qualities evident in her direction of multiple independent film projects. By mastering tools like DaVinci Resolve and honing skills in editing, production coordination, and storytelling, she has emerged as a multi-disciplinary artist with a clear voice and vision.

Within the Climate Change Writers South Africa team, Hannah served as the Social Media Manager, where her design and storytelling acumen came together to drive awareness and digital engagement. Her role involved creating visual content and editing videos that reflected the organisation's commitment to environmental justice and sustainable action. Her contributions were not only creative but also strategic, as she helped shape the online presence of the platform, amplifying its impact across digital channels.
